Grupa Zywiec S.A. Announces Cancellation of Dividend

Grupa Zywiec S.A. announced that company will pay no additional dividend on top of the PLN 15 DPS advance payment made in late 2019 and will put the remaining PLN 176.3 million profit to reserve fund for future dividend payments.

Grupa Zywiec SA is a Poland-based brewing company. The Company's principal activities include the production and distribution of beer products. The Firm's offer consists of brands such as Zywiec, Heineken, Desperados, Warka, Tatra, Specjal, Strong, Lezajsk, Namyslow, Desperados, EB, Zlaty Bazant, Krolewskie and a portfolio of specialties, which includes foreign beers, such as Paulaner, Murphy's and Fisher, as well as Polish beers Zloty Denar, Zamkowe, Kaper and Zywiec Porter. Grupa Zywiec SA owns five breweries each in Zywiec, Elblag, Warka, Lezajsk, and Namyslow. In addition, the Company trades alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages and runs the Zywiec Brewery Museum. The Company is a part of the Heineken group.
