Green World Co., Ltd., BK Good Partners Co., Ltd., Slow Tech Korea Co., Ltd., HS Growth 1st Association and Red Cats Korea 3rd Association agreed to acquire 33.5% stake in HAISUNG TPC Co., Ltd. (KOSDAQ:A059270) from TPC Co., Ltd. (KOSDAQ:A130740) for KRW 36.5 billion on February 8, 2024. Green World will acquire 1,000,000 shares, BK Good Partners will acquire 600,000 shares, Slow Tech Korea will acquire 600,000 shares, HS Growth 1st will acquire 890,000 shares and Red Cats Korea 3rd will acquire 563,334 shares in HAISUNG TPC. Following the transaction, TPC Co will hold 360,001 shares in HAISUNG TPC. The transaction is expected to close by March 22, 2024.

Haisung Aero Robotics Co Ltd, formerly Haisung TPC Co Ltd, is a Korea-based company principally engaged in the manufacture and sale of reducers and hoisting machines. The Company operates its business through three segments. The Elevator Reducer and Hoisting Machine segment develops and manufactures hoisting machines, reducers and gear devices used for elevators and escalators. The Industrial Reducer segment develops and manufactures reducers used for steel making facilities, handling facilities, environmental facilities, industrial production lines, wind power generators, and ship engines, among others. The Robot Reducer segment develops and manufactures reducers used for joint drive of industrial manufacturing robots.
