Hamakyorex Co., Ltd. (TSE:9037) agreed to acquire Chiyoda Unyu Co., Ltd. from Kyowa Kirin Plus Co., Ltd. on February 18, 2017. Hamakyorex Co., Ltd. entered into contract to acquire Chiyoda Unyu Co., Ltd. from Kyowa Kirin Plus Co., Ltd. on February 20, 2017. Prior to the transaction, the business related to the in-factory work of Kyowa Hakko Kirin Co., Ltd. (TSE:4151) will be separated on April 1, 2017 by company split and will be succeeded to Kyowa Kirin Plus. Expected share transfer execution date is April 3, 2017. GCA FAS Co., Ltd. acted as financial advisor to Kyowa Kirin plus Co., Ltd.
