HEROZ, Inc. (TSE:4382) agreed to acquire 86.5% stake in Strategit Co., Ltd. from First Advisors Investment Partnership No. 3, Kei Tachihara and James Joshua Enrique on August 29, 2022. HEROZ will acquire 30,527 shares of Strategit Co., Ltd. First Advisors Investment Partnership No. 3 will sell 10% stake, Kei Tachihara will sell 59.5% stake and James Joshua Enrique will sell 17% stake in Strategit. Strategit has reported Net assets of ¥83 million, total assets of ¥164 million, revenue of ¥397 million, EBIT of ¥32 million and Net income of ¥26 million during Fiscal year ending June 2022. The Board resolution date is August 29, 2022. The transaction is expected to complete on August 31, 2022.
