HIMARAYA Co.,Ltd. (TSE:7514) announces a share repurchase program. Under the program, the company will repurchase up to 100,000 shares, representing 0.81% of its issued share capital (excluding treasury stock), for ?101 million. The purpose of the program is to carry out agile capital policies in response to changes in the corporate environment. The program will run until November 9, 2021. As of November 8, 2021, the company had 12,320,444 shares in issue (excluding treasury stock) and 343 shares in treasury.
