HIRAYAMA HOLDINGS Co.,Ltd. agreed to acquire Bridgestone Green Landscape K.K. from Bridgestone Corporation.

HIRAYAMA HOLDINGS Co.,Ltd. (TSE:7781) agreed to acquire Bridgestone Green Landscape K.K. from Bridgestone Corporation (TSE:5108) on May 30, 2023. Following closing of this transaction, Bridgestone Green Landscape will operate as a wholly owned subsidiary of HIRAYAMA HOLDINGS Co.
Bridgestone Green Landscape had net assets, total assets, sales, operating income and net income of ¥381 million, ¥891 million, ¥1,877 million, ¥158 million and ¥100 million, respectively, for the fiscal year ending December 2022. The transaction is planned to be completed on July 3, 2023. The share acquisition will contribute to the improvement of HIRAYAMA HOLDINGS Co’s business performance. The acquisition impact on the fiscal year ending June 2023 will be minor. The impact on the HIRAYAMA HOLDINGS Co’s consolidated results for the fiscal year ending June 2024 will be announced in the financial results forecast for the fiscal year ending June 2024.
HIRAYAMA HOLDINGS Co.,Ltd. is a Japan-based company mainly engaged in outsourcing business and technology staffing business. The In-sourcing / Dispatch business is mainly engaged in operation of manufacturing contract, manufacturing dispatch and recruitment business in the manufacturing process of medical devices and pharmaceuticals, transport equipment, housing equipment, food related products and others. Technician dispatch business is mainly engaged in dispatching its employees to engineering field companies. Overseas business is mainly engaged in overseas dispatching business. Other businesses mainly include services provided by the education department and consulting department.
