Sichuan Hengzhen Enterprise Management Partnership (Limited Partnership) signed a share purchased agreement to acquire 5% stake in Huatu Cendes Co., Ltd. (SZSE:300492) from Che Lu for CNY 243.54 million on January 15, 2023. Sichuan Hengzhen Enterprise Management Partnership acquire 7.0244 shares for 34.67 per share for a total price of CNY 243.54 million. After the share transfer is completed, Sichuan will hold 7.024400 shares of the Huatu Cendes, accounting for 5.00% of the total share capital.

The transaction needed to be confirmed by Shenzhen Stock Exchange before it can be registered in China Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation Shenzhen Branch.
