ING announces that, as part of its 2.5 billion euro share buyback program announced on May 2, it bought back 7,746,345 shares on May 2 and 3, at an average price of 15.88 euros, for a total amount of 123 million euros.

To date, approximately 4.92% of the maximum total value of the Dutch bank's share buyback program has been realized. As a reminder, the aim of this program, which is due to run until the end of October at the latest, is to reduce the Group's share capital.
