announced its 2Q 2022 consolidated revenues of NT$ 57.9 billion,
operating loss of NT$ 5.7 billion, net loss of NT$ 4.7 billion,
and a basic EPS of NT$ -0.45, depreciation & amortization of
NT$ 8.3 billion and capital expenditure of NT$ 6.0 billion.

In 2Q22, the Company shipped 6.52 million square meters of total panel,
a decrease of 1.6% quarter-on-quarter. Blended area ASP for TFT-LCD panels
averaged US$ 296 per square meter. Small and medium-sized panel revenues
 were NT$ 11.7 billion in 2Q22, an increase of 1.2% quarter-on-quarter.
The Company shipped 820.8 thousand square meters of small and medium-sized
panel during the second quarter of 2022, an increase of 19.1%
 quarter-on-quarter.

In 2Q22, in terms of product application, Mobile PC, Mobile & CP, Desktop,
and TV panels accounted for 28%, 30%, 12% and 30% of net sales,
respectively. In terms of product size, 10-inch and below, 10-to-20-inch,
 20-to-30-inch, 30-to-40-inch, 40-inch-and-above panels accounted for 21%,
 35%, 16%, 5%, and 23% of net sales, respectively.

Looking back at the second quarter of 2022, global economy was hindered by
Russia-Ukraine war, stationary management for Covid-19 in some China
cities, global inflation and Fed interest rate rise. These issues were
unfavorable to panel demand and price and led to a QoQ revenue drop of
17.1% in 2Q22 for the Company.

Looking forward to the third quarter of 2022, the impact on economy and
market demand brought by external variables is uncertain. The Company will
closely monitor the market and adjust utilization flexibly. At the same
time, the acceleration of non-display products development and high value
products help secure the operation and financial conditions thus enhancing
the Company's immunity to market fluctuation.

On the basis of our current business outlook, the Company expects its 3Q22
 guidance as follows:
  Large panel
     Shipments to be flat QoQ
Blended ASP to be down high single digit % QoQ
  Small & Medium panel
Shipments to be down high teens % QoQ
