Innovative Industrial Properties, Inc. announced the promotion of Kelly Spicher to Vice President, Real Estate Counsel. Spicher joined IIP in August 2019 as Senior Real Estate Counsel, after a career spanning over 16 years as a commercial real estate transactional attorney with Foley & Lardner LLP, representing institutional clients on complex real estate transactions covering a variety of matters, including acquisitions, leasing and development.
Innovative Industrial Properties, Inc. is an internally managed real estate investment trust (REIT). The Company is focused on the acquisition, ownership and management of specialized industrial properties leased to state-licensed operators for their regulated cannabis facilities. The Company is engaged in the business of providing real estate for the regulated cannabis industry. It acquires its properties through sale-leaseback transactions and third-party purchases.
