Intred appoints new board of directors; Daniele Peli chairman and Ad

(Alliance News) - Intred Spa announced Thursday that the shareholders' meeting appointed the seven members of the board of directors, who will serve for three fiscal years, from 2024 to 2026.

As a result, the board of directors consists of Daniele Peli, Marisa Prati, Adalberto Salvi, Vincenzo Polidoro, Alberta Marniga, Giulia Peli, and Alessandro Triboldi, all from the one list submitted by the controlling shareholder DM Holding Srl, which owns about 60 percent of the company's capital.

The board then appointed Daniele Peli as chairman and chief executive officer.

Intred's stock closed Thursday in the green by 0.6 percent at EUR9.86 per share.
