Itochu Enex Co.,Ltd. at the board meeting held on April 30, 2024, announced the retirement of Kyosuke Wakamatsu as Director and Motoyo Yamane as Director (outside) as of the date of the General Meeting of Shareholders in June 2024. The company also announced the retirement of Isao Kubo as Standing Audit & Supervisory Board Member (outside) and Shuji Katsurayama as Standing Audit & Supervisory Board Member as of the date of the General Meeting of Shareholders in June 2024.
