(Alliance News) - The following stocks are the best and worst performers on the Small-Cap Tuesday afternoon in Piazza Affari.

FTSE SMALL CAP - WINNERS

IVS stretches more than 10 percent. The company on Tuesday announced that E-Coffee Solutions - a subsidiary of the Lavazza Group - and IVS Partecipazioni, the group's majority shareholder, have signed agreements aimed at carrying out a transaction contemplating the launch of a voluntary total takeover bid for the shares of the listed company by Grey. The latter is a newly established company wholly owned by E-Coffee Solutions. The consideration for the offer, amounting to EUR7.15 for each share tendered in the offer.

Orsero advances 4.4 percent to EUR14.30 per share, on the heels of the assets ended 1.2 percent green.

FTSE SMALL CAP - LOSERS

Tessellis is giving up 2.0% to EUR0.5830, the subject of profit-taking after having collected more than 20% in the previous two sessions.

Beewize on the other hand is giving up 2.0%, heading for its second session to close with a bearish candle.

IVS group SA is an Italy-based food service operator. The companyâs core businesses are administrative services and sales of food, beverages and goods through automated vending machines. It provides services, on the basis of multi-year procurement contracts, to private, public customers and travel locations, for the installation, maintenance and refill of vending machines. Its product portfolio encompasses full automatic medium and bigger-sized free standing machines, subdivided on the basis of product categories, such as hot vending machines and mix vending machines, as well as semi- automatic small machines and tabletop coffee machines. As of December 31, 2011, it operated through numerous subsidiaries located in Italy, France and Spain, among others, such as CSH Srl.
