Jyoti Structures Limited reported earnings results for the second quarter and six months ended September 30, 2023. For the second quarter, the company reported sales was INR 814.64 million compared to INR 138.85 million a year ago. Revenue was INR 843.55 million compared to INR 142.12 million a year ago. Net income was INR 111.96 million compared to net loss of INR 40.33 million a year ago. Basic earnings per share from continuing operations was INR 0.161 compared to basic loss per share from continuing operations of INR 0.064 a year ago. Diluted earnings per share from continuing operations was INR 0.159.
For the six months, sales was INR 2,666.3 million compared to INR 295.36 million a year ago. Revenue was INR 2,700.08 million compared to INR 304.3 million a year ago. Net income was INR 136.54 million compared to net loss of INR 41.41 million a year ago. Basic earnings per share from continuing operations was INR 0.198 compared to basic loss per share from continuing operations of INR 0.065 a year ago. Diluted earnings per share from continuing operations was INR 0.194.
Jyoti Structures Limited is an India-based company, which is engaged in the business of manufacturing of transmission line towers, sub-station structures, tall antenna towers/masts and railway electrification structures. The Company is involved in the turnkey/engineering, procurement and construction projects involving survey, foundation, designing, fabrication, erection and stringing activities of extra high voltage transmission lines and procurement. The Company also supplies lattice and pipe type structures, civil works, erection, testing and commissioning of switchyard / substations and distribution networks, both in India and overseas. It provides solutions, such as transmission lines, substations switchyards, rural electrification and solar power. It has manufacturing plants at Nashik, Raipur and Dubai with a combined manufacturing capacity of approximately 215,000 MT of Transmission Line Towers. It also has an in-house Tower Testing facility at Ghoti, Igatpuri, India.
