Kanda Holdings Co.,Ltd. (TSE:9059) and its subsidiary acquired Harbor Management Co., Ltd. from Terrada Warehouse Company on November 27, 2012. Kanda Holdings acquired 90% stake and its subsidiary acquired 10% stake. Pursuant to the transaction, the name of Harbor Management Co., Ltd. was changed to Pegasus Cargo Service Co., Ltd. Harbor Management Co., Ltd reported sales of ¥1.6 billion for the period ended March 2012. The transaction has been resolved by the Board of Directors of Kanda Holdings.
