Kaufman & Broad has reported net income (group share) of €31.6 million for the first quarter of 2023, compared with €11.8 million for the same period in 2022, as well as a 0.9 point improvement in the operating income recurring rate to 8.4%.

Sales more than doubled (+110%) to €586.5 million (excl. VAT). With a time-to-market of 6.9 months, the pace of sales, although slightly slower, remains significantly higher than the market average", notes CEO Nordine Hachemi.

The real estate group's Board of Directors will propose payment of a dividend of 2.40 euros per share at the AGM on May 4. Kaufman & Broad confirms its full-year outlook for 2023, as announced at the end of January.
