Mr. Pendhare is Mechanical Engineer from Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar Marathwada University with over 25 years of rich experience in Operations and Manufacturing.

He has expertise in Engine plant operations, Gen-set companies, Engineering, Heat Exchangers & Process Plant projects manufacturing with global industries. He has proven capabilities in developing & implementing project management activities, manufacturing strategies for green field projects and new product lines, new equipment & processes. He is a certified six-sigma black belt holder and a coach, facilitator for implementation of Operational Excellence/Industry 4.0 to improve the plant performance.
