Hideo Sugimoto agreed to acquire 18.9% stake in Cook Innoventure Co., Ltd. from Cook Innoventure Co., Ltd. on June 30, 2020. As per terms, Hideo Sugimoto acquired 28 shares of Cook Innoventure Co., Ltd. For the year ended September 30, 2019, Cook Innoventure Co., Ltd. reported total assets of ¥4.7 billion, net assets of ¥114.2 million, total sales of ¥80.6 million, ordinary profit of ¥27.6 million and net income of ¥27.4 million.
