This re-disclosure is a follow-up to the explanation on the article entitled "S.Korea defense firms likely to ink $7.7 bn deals with Poland" by the Korea Economic Daily on July 20, 2022. The Company concluded a Framework Contract with the Polish Center for Armed Forces on July 27, 2022. The Framework Contract is a legitimate contract concluded before the Executive Contract in the Polish acquisition process.
