The judicial managers of KS Energy Limited announced the resignation of Ms. Tan Lay Hong as Joint Company Secretary with effect from 1 December 2020. Following the resignation of Ms. Tan Lay Hong, Mr. Cho Form Po Kevin shall remain as the Company Secretary of the Company.
