ANNUAL REPORT FOR FINANCIAL VEAR ENDED 31 DECEMBER 2012

The Board of Directors of KS Energy Limited (the "Company") refers to the Annual Report (''Annual
Report") issued by the Company in respect of the financial year ended 31 December 2012 ("FY
2012") and the Corporate Governance Statement therein.
In relation to the Disclosure on the Directors' Remuneration on page 28 of the Annual Report, the Company wishes to announce that the remuneration of Mr. Kris Taenar Wiluan falls within the band of "S$750,001 to S$1,000,000". There were no Directors whose remuneration falls within the bands of "S$250,001 to S$500,000" or "S$500,001 to S$750,000".
