DISSOLUTION OF A DORMANT JOINT VENTURE COMPANV

- GLOBAL OILFIELD SERVICES PTE LTD

Further to the announcement of KS Energy Limited (the "Company") dated 31 January 2012, the Company wishes to announce that its 50% Joint Venture Company, Global Oilfield Services Pte Ltd which was incorporated in Singapore and placed under members' voluntary liquidation, had been duly dissolved.
The dissolution of the above company is not expected to have any materia! impact on the net tangible assets or earnings per share of the Company far the financial year ending 31 December
2013.
None of the directors or substantial shareholders of the Company has any interest, director indirect in the above transactions.
