Linedata Services reports that at its meeting on December 29, its Board of Directors decided to reduce the company's share capital by cancelling the 1,100,000 shares bought back under its public share buyback tender offer (OPRA).

The share capital will now be made up of 4,960,807 shares. Based on information currently available, the number of theoretical voting rights attached to these shares amounts to 8,999,919, and the number of voting rights exercisable at the Annual General Meeting to 8,996,255.

As a reminder, Linedata bought back 18.1% of its share capital for a total of 55 million euros, as part of the public stock buyback tender offer open from December 2 to 22 inclusive. Euronext settled the offer on December 28.
