Xinjiang Shanglong Equity Investment Management Co., Ltd. agreed to acquire 74.63% stake in UnitedData Holding Group Co., Ltd. from Lontrue Co., Ltd. (SZSE:300175) on August 2, 2021. Under the agreement, Lontrue will sell 74.63% stake in UnitedData, the principal amount and interest on the loans to UnitedData and · performance compensation from Guangdong Yunju Technology Investment Co., Ltd. and its actual controller Zhang Tao. The board of directors of Lontrue approved the deal. The shareholders of Lontrue approved the deal on August 18, 2021.
