ManagePay Systems Berhad is a Malaysia-based investment holding company. The Company's segments include Fintech Services and Non-fintech services. The Fintech Services segment is engaged in the provision of e-payment services, e-money services, MasterCard prepaid card services and provision of money lending services licensed by the Ministry of Housing & Local Government. It is engaged in the provision and operations of peer-to-peer financing platform licensed by the Securities Commission Malaysia, domestics and cross border remittance. The Non-fintech services segment is engaged in the development, marketing and trading of information and communication technology products, project management, e-commerce, mobile virtual network operator, business outsourcing services and loyalty management services. PEARL - One Touch Penang, its fintech mobile application, is a hyperlocal mobile application that acts as a virtual one-stop smart platform for all Majlis Bandaraya Pulau Pinang services.
