Takeo Nishida Japan Co., Ltd. signed a business transfer agreement to acquire Takeo Nishida business from Marusho hotta Co.,Ltd. (TSE:8105) for ¥19.6 million on September 25, 2017. For the year ended March 31, 2017, Takeo Nishida business had revenues of ¥479 million and operating loss of ¥29.8 million. On September 25, 2017, the board of Marusho hotta resolved the transaction. The transaction is expected to complete on November 1, 2017.
