Its SMT (Mounter) includes MAI Series, QUBE Series, MR Series, Mx Series, Feeder, Software and Accessories; ATE (Test Handler) includes Memory Test Handler, Burn-In Sorters and Module Test Handler, and LMT (Linear Motor) includes U-Coreless Type, T-Core Type, Platen-Core Type, Data, Movie Data and Certification. It offers a range of accessories, including Reel Exchanger, Feeder Stacker, Trolley, Stick Feeder, Feeder Precision Adjustion Station and Reel Tape Cutter. Its range of Burn-In Sorters includes M850, M850i and M850S. Its Module Test Handler includes MR7500. It offers a range of U-Coreless Type linear motors, including ML-ULT series, ML-ULS series, ML-ULM series, ML-ULL series and ML-ULX series.
