Mitek Systems, Inc. Announces Resignation of Stephen Ritter as Chief Technology Officer

On April 25, 2023, Stephen Ritter, the Chief Technology Officer of Mitek Systems, Inc. (the “Company”), notified the Company of his resignation to pursue other professional interests. Mr. Ritter has agreed to provide consulting services to the Company on an as needed basis to facilitate an orderly transition of his duties.
Mitek Systems, Inc. is a provider of mobile image capture and digital identity verification solutions.
