Mitek Systems, Inc. Announces the Resignation of Jason Gray as Chief Legal Officer

On February 22, 2022, Jason Gray, the Chief Legal Officer of Mitek Systems, Inc. in mutual agreement with the company, determined that he will be transitioning from his position on or about March 31, 2022 in order to pursue other professional interests. Following the Separation Date, Mr. Gray will no longer serve as an executive officer of the Company. Mr. Gray has agreed to provide services to facilitate the Company's transition to a new General Counsel and ensure a seamless turnover.
