Yupin Thirakomen agreed to acquire Mark One Innovation Center Co., Ltd from MK Restaurant Group Public Company Limited (SET:M) for THB 54.7 million.

Yupin Thirakomen agreed to acquire Mark One Innovation Center Co., Ltd from MK Restaurant Group Public Company Limited (SET:M) for THB 54.7 million on May 12, 2022. Under the terms, consideration amount will be paid in cash. As of May 12, 2022, MK Restaurant Group Public Company' Board of Director inform the resolution the transaction.

Transaction is expected to close Within 45 days from the date that the Board of Directors Meeting approved. For the year ended 2021, Mark One Innovation had THB 43.44 million of total assets, THB 33.06 million of Total Shareholder's equity, THB 24.019 million of total revenues. Pioneer Advisory Company Limited acted as financial advisor to MK Restaurant Group Public Company.
