MOS Utility Limited (NSEI:MOS) entered into share purchase agreement to acquire remaining 49% stake in JC Ventures Private Limited for INR 45 million on April 13, 2024. The board of directors of MOS Utility Limited approved the transaction. The transaction is expected to complete in June 2024.
