NATURA &CO HOLDING S.A. Natura Cosm ticos S.A. ("Natura Cosm ticos") and Natura &Co Holding S.A. ("Natura &Co") informed their investors and the market that, on this date, Natura Cosm ticos updated its Reference Form in order to reflect the new composition of its management. The new composition was approved in an extraordinary general meeting and in a board of directors' meeting of Natura Cosm ticos carried out on March 3, 2020, that also approved the conversion of Natura Cosm ticos' listing registration to a Category "B" listing registration (applicable to debt issuers) and the restatement of its bylaws. Under the new composition of Natura Cosm ticos's management, Roberto Marques, Executive Chairman of the Board of Directors of Natura &Co, was elected Chairman of its Board of Directors.
Jos Ant nio de Almeida Filippo, the Group's CFO and the Financial and Investor Relations Officer of Natura &Co, and Itamar Gaino Filho, Legal Head of the Group and Legal and Compliance Director of Natura &Co, were appointed as members of the Board of Directors of Natura Cosm ticos, ceasing to be statutory officers of Natura Cosm ticos. Jo o Paulo Ferreira, Latin America CEO of Natura &Co, continues as CEO of Natura Cosm ticos and will also be the CFO and Investor Relations Officer and also a member of the Board of Directors of Natura Cosm ticos. Ana Beatriz Macedo da Costa was appointed Chief Legal Officer of Natura Cosm ticos.
