Notice regarding certification as a 2024 Outstanding Organization of Health and

Productivity Management under the large enterprise category

Net One Systems Co., Ltd. (the "Company") hereby announces that on March 11, 2024, it was certified as a "2024 Outstanding Organization of Health and Productivity Management" under the large enterprise category of the "Outstanding Organization of Health and Productivity Management Certification System" maintained by Japan's Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry (METI).

The Outstanding Organization of Health and Productivity Management Certification System was established by METI in fiscal 2016 with the aim of increasing the visibility of enterprises and other legal entities of all sizes that practice particularly effective health and productivity management, thereby establishing an environment in which these organizations can be evaluated by employees, job applicants, interested companies, financial institutions, and other parties.

The Net One Group has made achievement of effective health and productivity management a central theme of the material challenges associated with its Sustainability Policy. Accordingly, the Company has been focusing on formulating and publishing the Net One Group Health Declaration and relevant strategic roadmaps; implementing various wellness initiatives, including walking events open to both employees and executives; and evaluating and improving these initiatives. Through these efforts, the Company aims to build a solid foundation for health and productivity management.

Moving forward, the Company will continue striving to support the physical and mental health of its employees, which is essential for the growth and continuity of its business, while endeavoring to achieve effective health and productivity management.
