Net One Systems Co., Ltd. (the "Company") hereby announces that the payment for disposal of treasury shares as restricted stock compensation, stated in the press release "Notice regarding disposal of treasury shares as restricted stock compensation" announced on June 22, 2022, has been completed today, as described below.
