Notice regarding selection results for new market segments
Net One Systems Co., Ltd. ("Net One Systems") hereby announces that Tokyo Stock Exchange, Inc. (the "TSE") has released results regarding the former's selection for the latter's Prime Market segment on January 11, 2022. Previously, on July 9, 2021, the TSE notified Net One Systems of preliminary judgments regarding its compliance with listing requirements for the TSE's new market segments. Based on this notification, Net One Systems confirmed that it satisfies listing requirements for the TSE's Prime Market segment. Accordingly, at a meeting held on November 26, 2021, Net One Systems' Board of Directors passed a resolution electing to list on the TSE's Prime Market as the TSE introduces its new market segments. As of December 24, 2021, Net One Systems was in the process of submitting to the TSE a corporate governance report that incorporated revisions to the Corporate Governance Code.
Moving forward, Net One Systems will continue its efforts aimed at achieving ongoing growth and further enhancing its corporate value over the medium to long term.
