New World Gold Corporation is a gold mining company, which develops mining leases in Indonesia. The Company is the operator of properties, in which it plans to find mineral resources, specifically, gold. The Company is engaged in the development of the properties through the contracts with companies to develop and produce gold assets. Through its subsidiary, Rock Creek Mining and Exploration Co., the Company owns mineral rights to an approximately 80 acres for gold placer mining in Wyoming and 160 acres of land for gold placer mining in South Dakota.
