NIKKON Holdings Co.,Ltd. (TSE:9072) entered into equity transfer agreement to acquire 75% stake in Supreme Auto Transport, Inc. on April 16, 2024. Supreme Auto Transport reported sales of $96 million, operating profit of $17 million and net income of $17 million as at December 2023. The transaction is expected to close on May 10, 2024.
NIKKON Holdings Co., Ltd. mainly conducts transportation business, warehouse business, packing business, test business and others. The Company operates in four business segments. The Transportation segment is engaged in the transportation of four-wheeled vehicles, two-wheeled vehicles, automobile parts, housing equipment and agricultural machinery, among others. The Warehouse segment is engaged in the storage of four-wheeled vehicles, two-wheeled vehicles, automobile parts, housing equipment and agricultural machinery, among others. The Packing segment is engaged in the distributive processing, delivery and packing of cargoes. The Test segment is involved in the test of four-wheeled vehicles, two-wheeled vehicles, automobile parts, housing equipment and agricultural machinery, among others. The others businesses include the clearance of customs, the repair of vehicles, the sale of petrochemical products, the non-life insurance agency business and others.
