OVS buys back own shares for more than EUR400,000

(Alliance News) - OVS Spa announced on Monday that between May 6 and May 10 it purchased 158,311 of its own ordinary shares for the average unit price of EUR2.5480 and a total value of EUR403,381.60.

Thus, the company holds 38.4 million shares or 13 percent of the share capital.

OVS closed in the green by 0.7 percent at EUR2.63 per share.
