Greenshoe option is not exercised on Pasquarelli Auto shares

(Alliance News) - Pasquarelli Auto Spa announced Monday that the greenshoe option on 286,000 shares granted by the majority shareholder, Ursus Holding Srl, has not been exercised.

Therefore, the capital remains unchanged at 24.8 million ordinary shares, for a free float of just under 15 percent.

Pasquarelli Auto's stock closed Monday up 2.9 percent to EUR1.25 per share.

Pasquarelli Auto SpA is an Italy-based company primarily engaged in selling new and used cars. The Company operates in the Automotive Industry, which includes commercializing automobiles (new and used), selling spare parts and accessories for cars and motorcycles, as well as offering maintenance and repair of motor vehicles and motorcycles. The Company is involved in four main business activities. New and Used Car Dealer is the main business activity focused in selling new and used cars. With the Rental Services segment the Firm is providing short- and long-term renting contracts to corporate clients and individuals. Reparation and Maintenance Services are supplied through its own specialized workshops network, spread in different locations, and they offer all the assistance services necessary to keep the performance and safety of the car unchanged over time. Other Services segment is offering financing options, leasing, insurance, sanitation, and advanced anti-theft systems.
