KB Petrokommerts OAO (Petrokommerts Bank OAO or Bank Petrocommerce OJSC) is a Russia-based commercial bank. The Bank provides a range of corporate and retail banking services, including the provision of loans, deposit-taking and debit card services; the undertaking of securities and foreign exchange trading; fund management; trade and export credit agency finance, and leasing. The Bank operates through numerous branches located in the Russian Federation, as well as such subsidiaries as: Bank Petrokommerts-Ukraina PAO, Starovopolâpromstroybank OAO, Unibank S.A. and PK-Invest OOO, among others. KB Petrokommerts OAO was merged into Bank FK Otkrytiye PAO.
