Expert RA affirmed a risk management system quality rating assigned to Bank Petrocommerce at the level of A.rm - «High level of risk management» - with 'stable' outlook.

The major positive impact on the Bank's risk management system quality rating was exerted by the independence of the risk management and underwriting block from the sales unit, a broad range of scoring models and methods of market risk control, including VaR analysis, stress testing and limits. Other positive factors comprised a high level of efficiency of liquidity risk management (as of 01 September 2013, the H2 ratio was 92.8%, while Í3 stood at 90.6%), sustainable practice of applying covenants to loan agreements on an ongoing basis, an uninterrupted monitoring of the financial standing of borrowers (individuals, corporates and individual entrepreneurs).

An adverse impact on the rating was exerted by a moderately low efficiency of credit risk management (as of 01 September 2013, the share of non-performing loans accounted for 7.7%), no Bankers Blanket Bond insurance (ÂÂÂ) and a moderately high level of personnel rotation for a predominantly corporate bank (22% in 2012).
