PGS Software S.A. (WSE:PSW) announces a share repurchase program. Under the program, the company will repurchase up to 1,200,000 shares, representing 4.07% of its share capital. The shares will be repurchased at a price of PLN 9.5 per share. The offer will expire on June 14, 2019.
