on February 22, 2024, the company issued 355,705,222 equity shares at a price of INR 32.25 per share for the gross proceeds of INR 11,471,493,409.5.The transaction will include participation from new investors Anoop Jain for Ashwin Mehta for 2,116,279 shares, COEUS Global Opportunities Fund for 2,266,666 shares, Tano Investment Opportunities Fund, a fund managed by Tano Capital, LLC for 3,100,775 shares, Puja Bansal for 310,077 shares, Varinder Bansal for 1,240,310 shares, Binit Rameshchandra Shah for 310,077 shares, Maryada Barter Private Ltd. for 310,077 shares and other investors.
