Regional Management Corp. (the "Company") held its 2023 Annual Meeting of Stockholders (the "Annual Meeting") on May 18, 2023. At the Annual Meeting, the stockholders of the Company voted on the following proposals, which are described in greater detail in the Company's definitive proxy statement filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission on April 12, 2023 (the "Proxy Statement").
