RIZAP GROUP, Inc. (SPSE:2928) signed a contract to acquire GORIN Packing Co., Ltd. from ACA Synergy No. 2 Investment Limited Partnership managed by ACA Inc. for ¥1.5 billion on July 31, 2017. In a related transaction, RIZAP Group, Inc acquired Sys, Inc. from Ikuo Shimizu for ¥1. For the year ending March 31, 2017, GORIN Packing had net assets of ¥1.2 billion, total assets of ¥2.5 billion, sales of ¥2.1 billion, Operating profit of ¥127 million and net income of ¥239 million.
