On June 14, 2019, the shareholders of IDGC of Center and Volga Region PAO approved a dividend of RUB 0.040746 per common stock for 2018 payable to shareholders of record on June 25, 2019. Total amount of approved common dividends is RUB 4,591,985,000. Date (period) to pay dividends to nominal holder and trust manager, which is a professional stock market player, recorded in the Register of Shareholders - not later than July 9, 2019. Date (period) to pay dividends to other shareholders recorded in the Register of Shareholders - not later than July 30, 2019.
