Saint Croix Holding Immobilier, SOCIMI, S.A. (BDL:STCXH) acquired office building located in Juan Ignacio Luca de Tena 17 street in Madrid for €24 million on January 31, 2019. The purchase price has been partially paid with the sale of two commercial premises owned by Saint Croix, in particular, the commercial premises located on Caleruega 66, 68 and 70 street as well as in Rutilo 21, 23 and 25 Street, both in Madrid. The sale price of these commercial premises has been set at €3.56 million, so Saint Croix has paid the difference in cash, that is, €20.39 million to complete the purchase price.
