Samsung Life Insurance Co., Ltd. (KOSE:A032830) acquired 20% stake in Meridiam Infrastructure Finance S.a.r.l. on April 20, 2023. Following the transaction, Samsung Life Insurance will join the board of directors of Meridiam Infrastructure Finance and also establish a business cooperation agreement. Jean-Claude Rivalland, Mia Dassas, Bill Satchel and Anne-Caroline Payelle of Allen & Overy acted as due diligence provider to Samsung Life Insurance Co., Ltd.
