Scales Corporation Limited (NZSE:SCL) entered into an agreement to purchase 50% of the Australian operations of Fayman International for approximately AUD 23 million on September 27, 2022. The transaction includes 42.5% of ANZ Exports. The investments will be funded through existing cash reserves, and will allow Scales to maintain its conservative capital structure.
