The transaction included the participation from new investors Shandong Ruifeng Chemical Co., Ltd hold 16.47% stake and Zibo Xucheng Enterprise Management Consulting Partnership Enterprise (L.P.) hold 10.00% stake.
On July 26, 2023, The transaction included the participation from Shandong Ruifeng Chemical for CNY 22,400,000, and Zibo Xucheng Enterprise Management Consulting Partnership Enterprise for CNY 13,600,000. The registered capital in before and after is CNY 20,000,000 and CNY 27,199,782. The company signed the Investment Cooperation Agreement. The company held the 12th meeting of the 5th board of directors and the 11th meeting of the 5th board of supervisors, and also does not need to be submitted to the general meeting of shareholders for consideration. The independent directors expressed prior approval and agreed independent opinions on the matter.
